My booking process is simple and clear so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Booking Form
Send an inquiry through my contact form with:

• Event date and start/end time

• Event location

• Estimated number of guests

• Age range

• Whether you’d like a custom theme

Step 2: Confirm & Deposit
Once details are confirmed, a $40 non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date. The deposit goes toward your total.

• Deposits are accepted via Venmo or Zelle

Step 3: Final Payment
The remaining balance is due closer to the event, preferably the week of the event or the day before.

$75–$120 per hour

• Pricing depends on location and event size

• Local rates ($75-$90) apply to:

  • Berwyn

  • Oak Park

  • River Forest

  • West Side of Chicago

  • North Riverside

  • Cicero

• Events outside these areas may include an additional travel fee

• I can paint 7–10 faces per hour, depending on design complexity

• Simpler designs move faster; detailed designs take more time

• Face painting works best with a steady flow of guests

1. Standard Menu

I offer a curated menu of popular designs that are fast, fun, and crowd-pleasing.

2. Custom Themed Face Painting

Want designs that match your party theme?

• +$40 flat fee for custom theme creation

• Themes can include characters, colors, motifs, or event-specific ideas

• You may choose:

  • Only themed designs, or

  • A mix of themed designs and my standard menu

Custom themes are great for birthdays, holidays, and branded or school events.

• I do not face paint children who are sick

• I do not paint on broken skin, open wounds, rashes, or irritated areas

• I use professional, skin-safe face paints and clean brushes

• Very young children may prefer simpler designs
